The Epique home Pipera project stands out for its unique architecture, being the only book-type residential project that tells the story of the families that will live here. The open book at the entrance to the complex represents pages from the story of each family, and the ribs on the facade are placed like books placed in a library.
EPIQUE HOME - A LIFE STORY
The architecture of the project was the idea of ??Maxim Calujac, an architect from the Republic of Moldova, appreciated internationally with prizes won at the most important architectural competitions in the world. Each house bears the name of the most famous international authors. Therefore, Mark Twain, Ernest Hemingway or Jules Verne will be "at home" for the families who will choose this special project.
The project brings together several benefits aimed at providing a living experience based on comfort and a high standard of quality of the materials used.
